Grimsby Town Foundation is delighted to launch a new Girls’ Advanced Development Centre (ADC), providing talented young footballers with the opportunity to access additional high-quality coaching alongside their grassroots football.
The programme, which begins on Friday 11th September, is open to girls from U9 through to U16 and forms the first step on the Grimsby Town Foundation Female Pathway, providing a potential route into the Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) and, ultimately, the Girls Shadow Scholarship.
The ADC has been designed to complement, not replace, grassroots football, allowing players to continue representing their grassroots clubs and schools while benefiting from an additional weekly training session.
Sessions will be delivered by UEFA and FA-qualified coaches, with coaching aligned to the Foundation’s ETC programme and coaches from the ETC also involved to strengthen the connection between the programmes.

Each ADC block will run for eight weeks, with every block focusing on specific technical themes to support individual player development.
Players who complete a full eight-week block will also be invited to an exclusive Internal Games Night, bringing together players from the Foundation’s different girls’ technical centres for a fun and competitive opportunity to put their learning into practice.

Sessions cost £9 per week, with payment made for the full eight-week block.
The programme will run from September through to June, with breaks during half terms and the summer holidays.
Places are strictly limited, with only 10 spaces available per age group, and high demand is expected.
Girls who attend ETC trials will receive early access to ADC booking, with any remaining spaces then made available to the wider public one week later.
