Our volunteers play a vital role in supporting activities being delivered in our local community.

  • Be part of a vibrant team that are making a difference to people’s lives and support the community.
  • Have access to a variety of training which will help provide a positive and valuable experience for our participants.
  • Gain experience and qualifications to add to your own CV.

What types of volunteer do we have?

  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in activities that are held on a regular basis i.e. football coaching, community activities such as our ‘warm space’
  • Events/fundraising activities.
  • Matchday team support – be involved in activities around the stadium to support the matchday experience for fans.

Do I need qualifications?

  • Not for most requests but there may be occasions where a particular skill/experience is required for the volunteer support i.e. experience of working with people who have additional support needs.
  • The most important requirements are enthusiasm and reliability.

How old do you have to be?

We can consider volunteering from the age of 16 and there are no upper age limit as experience is considered a huge benefit when working on our community programmes.
